It's been a bit quiet as of late, hasn't it?

I wonder how long it'll be this way.

[It's short, simple and to the point. A good way to gauge reactions from people -- who likes the quiet, who misses excitement, who is skeptical it'll last much longer. In any case, it's time for him to get on with his business.]

[For those in Goldenrod, you may see him hopping rather merrily along. He may be empty handed, or you may see him carrying four very different eggs! Or maybe you see him in that in-between, while he's at the Breeding Centre picking up his order.]

[Whatever it is... he wants to talk to you. He wants to see what you think of all these things! Flag him down, trip over his feet, ask him on a date... Izaya won't mind.]

Are there plenty who's never heard of these holidays then?

You will, you will. I'm sure it'll come up more often closer to those holidays, of course.

The closer you get to a holiday, the more often those familiar begin to talk about it. In turn, you get plenty who ask about said holidays.

Are there plenty here who are unfamiliar with said holidays as well? Though I suppose it's expected, given we're not all originally from here.

A fair amount, yes. After all, there are many different holidays on the variety of worlds, hm?

None of which seem familiar to me, as I have yet to hear anything that sounds remotely like home.

Such comes with the territory of being on a different world entirely in some cases, I'd assume.

So I've noticed. Aside from holidays, what else seems similar to your home here?

Basic amenities - technology, stores, et cetera.

The technology here is considered basic for you? It's rather advanced in my opinion.

It's fairly similar, yes. It excels in some ways, but lacks in others.

I can imagine your world being very different from mine then, if that is the case. I suppose that means you adjusted fairly quickly here.

Relatively so, yes. With so many similarities, it really wasn't much of a challenge.

That's really a very broad question.

You've mentioned your city, if I recall, but not the rest of it.

Then I suppose you can speak of whichever you prefer to speak of. A country, perhaps?

You're not very particular about these matters - just general curiosity then, I take it.

General curiosity sums it up rather well. After all, it would be hard to pinpoint particulars when I know nothing.

Not that it necessarily stops people.
